INDIANAPOLIS—Carrier has launched a program to address health risks from wildfire smoke across North America. The company advises the use of high-efficiency HVAC filters, structural sealing, and portable air purifiers to protect indoor air. These measures combat fine particulate matter that can impact respiratory and cardiovascular health.

Nick Arch, Vice President and General Manager of Residential Solutions at Carrier, stated, “Our technologies are engineered to safeguard air quality and promote public health.”

Carrier recently donated $2.5 million in air purifiers to frontline personnel and schools in Los Angeles.
